Isabella Helferich is a dedicated mental health and substance abuse professional with nearly three years of experience supporting individuals facing co-occurring substance use and psychological disorders. She specializes in evidence-based interventions, collaborative treatment planning, and holistic approaches that empower clients to achieve sustainable recovery and lasting behavioral change.

Isabella has worked in the Detox/Residential/PHP/IOP treatment setting where she has led diverse therapeutic sessions, provided clinical consultations, and coordinated care with case managers and family therapists to support client well-being. She is skilled at providing individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and experiential learning programs. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Psychology from Arizona State University, focusing on behavior development and the effect of chemicals on the brain.
